Ethiopian coffee beans are grown in 3 regions: Harar, Sadamo, and Yirgacheffe (Irgacheffe). We source our beans from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Coffee holds a special place in Ethiopian culture. Much of Ethiopian coffee is not exported, but instead is enjoyed by the Ethiopian people, for whom coffee is traditional and ceremonial.
Our Ethiopian Varietal contains notes of wine, berries and florals.
